We accept  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through credit card service. All air and overseas shipments must be prepaid. We reserve the right to request prepayment to cover freight charges for new customers and also on certain orders.

Order Processing: All orders are shipped within 5-15 days of confirmation of your order, unless marked as special order and then the delivery time can be up to 8 weeks.

Shipping/Handling Policy:
All products are shipped with truck line/common carrier, all freight charges are collect, unless prepaid.
     Additional shipping charges apply for inside delivery and remote locations. For international shipping,                please e-mail us for information. Standard shipping via truck line generally takes 5-10 business days                depending on your location. If any order contains items that are out of stock you will be notified by        p;             e-mail and asked if you wish to have the rest of the order shipped or wait for the backordered                            item to become available. If you do not receive your order in the time specified, please                                        contact us and we will track the order for you. We cannot ship to a PO Box address. .

The shipping cost shown, is an average shipping cost. If the computed shipping charge for your purchase is more than that shown, we will contact you by telephone or email to tell you how much the shipping charges will be before we ship and before we charge your credit card. We do not charge your card until the product ships and we never add any additional charges without your approval. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected shipping date so you may cancel the order if you do not want to wait.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires a specific quote and your approval prior to shipping, due to prohibitive freight charges.

If one of our products does not meet your satisfaction please call, fax or e-mail us your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for product dissatisfaction within 30 days of purchase. We will contact you and issue a product return authorization that will allow you to return the product for a refund. Please Note: NO RETURNS ALLOWED, unless authorized by us. We will issue a return sticker for any approved return. We will refuse any package sent to us without the return sticker. Claims for defective merchandise or wrong shipments must be filed within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if returned in the original packaging, unused and sent freight prepaid.

Restocking Fee: There is a standard 30% restocking fee for all merchandise returned, plus the return freight charge.
Refused Shipment: A 30% restocking charge, plus the freight charge, will be levied and billed by us on any unclaimed
